How does nanny time tracking work?
Nannies clock in and out with a single tap. Banany logs the hours and calculates pay from each nanny's hourly rate and pay period (daily, weekly, biweekly, or monthly). Parents can mark shifts paid individually or sweep a whole pay period at once, and admins can clock out a forgotten shift right from the Time tab.
What does the daily log capture?
Meals (with optional milk amount), naps, diaper changes, and free-form activities — together on a per-child timeline or split out by kind.
